BREAKING NEWS FROM THE TWITTERVERSE! VirginMobileFestival has tweet that yes, Virgin Mobile Free Fest will be returning for another event at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. The line up is still being tweaked the and the official dates have yet to be confirmed, but all we can really report is that the huge festival will be back and most importantly... FREE!
