Anyways... the other day I was having a conversation about covers of Rihanna's "Umbrella." I decided to check out as many songs as I could and after finding a few versions, I ordered them from best to worst.

The first is Rihanna's, the second is Vanilla Sky's.

wow. great that the fact that there's some slight homoeroticism in the video/possibly gay band members makes you all judge them differently. pretty mature!
in any case, Amy (posting, not commenting), i think you know which one i prefer, even though i'd contest that Rihanna is pretty fabulous herself... ;)
seriously, though, great post! i feel her version has been overplayed; it's great to hear others.
