Who knew a little viral music experiment would be making headlines for all the right reasons?
One of our favorite bands The Daylights (who were in DC just the other week--- sorry, readers we're unable to recover the images from the show) decided to help their roommate, Walter May, restore faith in romance in modern day society.
To accomplish such a feat, they helped him write a song for his girlfriend who recently moved across the country to study at Duke. With a little creativity and a camera, they came up with this long distance, viral music video... a modern day love letter of sorts, appropriately titled "I Hope This Gets To You."
Thanks to Twitter and Facebook, the video got to her... and the rest of the world!
Female fronted, pop/punk sensation PARAMORE treated fans who registered to their site yesterday to a first-hand look at their new music video for "Playing God." The video portrays front woman, Haley Williams, as a scheming protagonist. And maybe it's just us, but the concept seems only too symbolic of the troubles the band had faced while writing their recent release, Brand New Eyes. Check out the video below.
